Each new project goes through our 5 step process to ensure delivery on time and on budget.

Information Gathering – It starts with “your” idea to ensure complete understanding of your requirements. We will then confirm an idea of cost and timeline to deliver your project.

Planning – Once the initial costs and timelines have been agreed upon, a project plan will be created outlining all the requirements to build the software and a deadline for delivery.

Design/Code – Once the project plan has been agreed upon, the development team can begin the coding and the designers complete the UX.

Testing, Review and Launch, – Once the software is completed, it will be tested and reviewed ensuring it meets the original requirements. If the software is a mobile app we will ensure it’s launched onto IOS and Google Play for Android.

Delivery/ Demo – On sign-off the source code will be delivered along with a hand over document outlining how the application was developed.
